Theo Smith – Coach

Theo is a coach with 5 years of experience, who has ranged from development centres, through to grassroots and community coaching. Theo’s main aim is to help players improve to try and help them get into academy football.

Theo has a FA Level 1 coaching badge and has recently graduated from UCFB, where he studied Football Coaching and Talent Development. Since graduating, Theo has secured a role as a coach with a Category 1 Academy.
