Bookings are strictly on a first come, first served basis. We have limited numbers available for each event and once these places are full we cannot add to them. 

Once you have booked your trial, you will receive a payment receipt from your financial institution and a separate booking confirmation email which containing all the information you need for the event, so please ensure the email address you provide is correct and up to date. 

It is also a good idea to add info@pro11trials.co.uk to your trusted senders list to avoid it ending up in your spam/junk folder.

**Please note that booking confirmation emails can take up to 48 hours arrive. Please also check spam/junk as we often find it ends up there**

If you still cannot find the email after 48 hours, please contact customer services at info@pro11trials.co.uk and we will send a copy.
