1-1 Coaching Services
Although Pro11 does not offer coaching services, many of the experienced coaches that work with us on trial days offer 1-1, small group coaching and athletic development services.

Craig has 15 years’ coaching experience and 8 years’ experience scouting for premier league clubs such as Everton, Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Craig also has many years experience of 1-1 coaching, running soccer schools and grassroots teams.

NICK HILL
Nick has over 25 years playing experience at various levels and has been coaching for the last 10 years. He holds various FA Coaching & Scouting accreditations and is currently in the final stages of his UEFA B licence. Aside from coaching, Nick is also a professional scout and works in conjunction with a number of EFL clubs.

Dwayne McKenzie
Dwayne is an FA Qualified coach who has been coaching for 20+ years and has coached at a number of levels both paid and voluntary, including new starters to the game of all ages, in a bid to build up confidence, a development centre associated to a championship club and at grassroots for various age groups.
Dwayne was awarded Coach of the Year for Berks & Bucks in 2020 and currently manages 2 Sandgate FC teams, is Assistant Manager to Brook House who play in the combined counties league, u18s and runs Confidence Through Football.
