Important information regarding Corona Virus
*updated 9/11/22*
Relaxation of COVID regulations
As always, Pro11 will follow the FA guidelines in regards to all our trial events.
If you are travelling to a trial from outside England, e.g. Wales, Ireland or Scotland, the advice as always is to please abide by any restrictions that are in place for your area.
Arrival Time
Please arrive no more than 15-20 minutes prior to the time stated on your confirmation email.
On arrival players should report to the red gazebo situated near to the pitch entrance to register attendance and be issued with a numbered bib. Please be mindful of people who are wishing to social distance.
Should a player be delayed in arrival due to traffic etc, they must make themselves known to a Pro11 staff member immediately on arrival, please DO NOT enter onto any of the pitches without doing this.
After registering your attendance you will be given a short briefing as to what to expect. Briefings may now be conducted as a group to all parents and players on the day’s event, but will take place outdoors for the foreseeable future.
Outdoor Events
All our events are conducted wholly outdoors. This sometimes means that there will no indoor space available to shelter in the event of bad weather, but parents are welcome to wait in their cars, if they have one.
Briefing and debriefing will be conducted in an outdoor space, and bookings, payment and player registration will continue to be conducted online prior to the event to avoid queues.
Social Distancing
We will no longer impose restrictions on numbers of parents / guardians and family attending trials with players, however please respect those who wish to continue social distancing if viewing the event from around the pitch.
Handwashing & Sanitisation
Face Masks
Staff, scouts and parents / guardians may still wear face masks if they wish. Disposable masks are available on arrival for anyone who wishes to use them – please ask our staff for them if required.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy will remain relaxed to include players and direct family members of players who are self-isolating because of a positive COVID-19 test, COVID-19 symptoms, or because they are awaiting the results of a PCR test.
If anyone who has booked on to a trial event cannot attend due to COVID symptoms or self-isolation, they will continue to receive a full credit for any monies paid to be used against a trial event on any other date or at any other location for up to 12 months from the date of the original trial. Cancellations can be made at any time prior to an event by email, telephone call, social media message or text / WhatsApp message.
Should you need any further information regarding any of the above, please don’t hesitate to contact us by emailing info@pro11trials.co.uk or calling us on 0161 850 8787 or messaging via WhatsApp on 07912 177275.
